In New South Wales IAP applications are managed by the Roads and Traffic Authority (RTA).

In the Northern Territory IAP Applications are managed by the Department of Lands and Planning.

In Queensland IAP Applications are managed by Queensland Transport and the Department of Main Roads.

In South Australia IAP Applications are managed by the Department for Transport, Energy and Infrastructure.

In Tasmania IAP Applications are managed by the Department of Infrastructure, Energy and Resources.

In Victoria IAP Applications are managed by VIC Roads.

In Western Australia IAP Applications are managed by Main Roads Western Australia.
